About Us

Established in 1993, Raptor World is a birds of prey collection within the Scottish Deer Centre & Wildlife Park. In recent years we proudly joined the Scottish Deer Centre & Wild Park family. Raptor World can be found at the centre which is located just outside of Cupar in Fife, Scotland.

Raptor Worlds ethos is and has always been to educate through first-hand experiences. We currently achieve this through our bird of prey handling experiences & public demonstrations both on site and off site, along side this we provide services to a number of establishments throughout Scotland such as The Fife Show & Scone Palace among many others.

Handling experiences

Handling Experiences

Our Handling Experiences are at the core of what we do. We offer a range of Bird of Prey Experiences at our Centre in Cupar, Scotland, which provides participants with a real 'Hands On' activity, achieved through the handling and flying of our birds, during which time you will become well equated with the bird(s) you are flying and learn in-depth about their species and the vital role they play in our world.

Bird Displays & Demonstrations

Outreach through public Birds of Prey displays is a vital part in helping us educate the public, while also adding that little bit extra to any event. Throughout the years we have made and maintained strong, personal connections with previous clients, ranging from small Gala displays for non-profit events to large displays over several days. Education & Conservation

Education & Conservation

Raptor World proactively participates in the educational outreaches to schools & alike, to educate the next generation about the vital & fascinating role Birds of Prey play in our world. TV and Film Work

We have worked with the BBC, ITV, STV and Channel 4 to provide birds of prey for a variety of scenarios from reality game shows such as King of the Castle, to Wildlife documentaries and information shows such as Seeing Scotland and Theatrical performances such as Kes.
